Welcome to PRJobs (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). PRJobs is a product of ImmigrateAI Global (“ImmigrateAI Global”, “Company”), and is a software-as-a-service platform that aggregates job listings leading to permanent residency (PR) pathways in Canada, in accordance with current Government of Canada immigration policies, and provides employer contact information in a single, convenient location.
By creating an account and checking the acceptance checkbox at sign-up, you (“User” or “you”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and PRJobs. We recommend you read them carefully and retain a copy for your records.
The Platform is intended for adult users (18 years of age or older). By using PRJobs, you represent and warrant that you:
PRJobs is available to users worldwide. However, job listings and permanent residency pathways are specific to Canada. It is your responsibility to verify your eligibility for any immigration pathway or employment opportunity presented on the Platform.
To access the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the information provided is inaccurate, false, or violates these Terms.
Access to certain features of the Platform requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize PRJobs to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis at the subscription rate applicable to your selected plan.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. All fees are stated in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
ALL SUBSCRIPTION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Once a subscription payment is processed, it will not be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to: cancellation of your subscription before the end of the billing period, failure to use the Platform, or dissatisfaction with the service. By subscribing, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Platform until that date, after which your access will be downgraded or terminated.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes via email or in-Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
In order to provide you with relevant job listings and permanent residency pathway information, PRJobs collects certain sensitive personal information relating to your immigration status. This may include:
By providing this information, you consent to its collection, use, and storage by PRJobs and ImmigrateAI Global for the sole purpose of personalizing your experience on the Platform and surfacing job opportunities and PR pathways relevant to your immigration profile.
We will not sell or share your immigration status data with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law. This data is treated as sensitive personal information and is protected in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Nova Scotia privacy law.
You may request the correction or deletion of your immigration status data at any time by contacting us. Please note that deleting this data may limit the Platform's ability to provide you with personalized job and PR pathway recommendations.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
All content, features, and functionality on the Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, and data compilations — are the exclusive property of PRJobs or its licensors and are protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.
Job listing data sourced from the Government of Canada or other public sources remains subject to any applicable open government licence or terms of use governing those sources.
The Platform aggregates job listings and employer contact information from publicly available and third-party sources. PRJobs does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any job listing, employer information, or immigration pathway information displayed on the Platform.
You acknowledge that:
We strongly recommend you consult a licensed Canadian immigration consultant or immigration lawyer before making any decisions based on information obtained through the Platform.
We take violations of these Terms seriously. If we believe or have reason to suspect that a user has violated these Terms, we will conduct a case-by-case review. Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, we may take one or more of the following actions:
We reserve the right to take any action we deem appropriate in our sole discretion and are not obligated to provide notice prior to taking action in cases involving serious violations. Termination of your account does not entitle you to any refund of subscription fees paid.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
PRJobs does not warrant that: (a) the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure; (b) job listings are current, accurate, or complete; (c) any employer will respond to your inquiry; or (d) use of the Platform will result in permanent residency or employment in Canada.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, PRJobs and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total subscription fees paid by you to PRJobs in the 12 months preceding the claim; or (b) CAD $100.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PRJobs and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any misuse of employer contact information obtained through the Platform.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information, including immigration status data, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Nova Scotia privacy laws.
By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. For users in the European Union or other jurisdictions with specific data protection requirements, additional rights and protections may apply.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Nova Scotia. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue.
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact PRJobs in writing and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a period of 30 days.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the Effective Date above, and/or by sending you an email notification.
Your continued use of the Platform after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Platform and cancel your subscription.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any subscription fees paid.
Sections 5, 7, 10, 11, 12, 14, and this Section 16 shall survive any termination of these Terms.
